Blekros diet is a weight loss diet program adopted from mayo clinic diet, if you abide to the rules, you are expected lose 3 - 8 kgs in 13 days.
The weight loss is, however, entirely dependent upon the body condition and the commitment of each individual to break their bad habits.
You will super love the aftermath of this diet program. This diet really changes your lifestyle, eating habit, perfect detox and gives your skin natural glow.
After this 13 days program you are recommended to break your bad habits, for example, snacking while watching tv, dining out at places you know is bad for you, too lazy to exercise, lack of sleep, too much soft drinks and/or alcohol consumption. Provided that you maintain this lifestyle, your body weight will be stable.
Should you want to do this diet for health purposes or you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, please:
(i) consult this diet method before trying out this program with your doctor and
(ii) provide us with a letter from your doctor stating that it is OK for you to do mayo diet program.
We are not a nutritionist or doctors, therefore, we cannot answer any enquiries on health related matters.
Please be advised that it is normal to have the above feelings (or maybe some other feelings) during the first 3 – 7 days, but do not be paranoid you may not get it at all.
Just imagine, from your usual habit to eat all those crappy food, you suddently cut off all forms of sugar and salt and have your meals un-fried and un-deep fried. Your body will try to adapt and detoxification will happen. Effect from detachment from salt and sugar varies from one person to another.
So stay calm, trust the process, and just do not over think about it too much.
Once your body feel better, hit the gym and exercise like a champion!
If you experience these symptoms, drink hot lemon water with natural honey and eat 4 dates or 4 raw almonds (or other nuts) or any kind of fruits.
If your progress is slowing down, this means that you are not burning calories.
Calories In = Calories Out = Stuck
Calories In > Calories Out = Weight Gain
Calories In < Calories Out = Weight Loss
Solution = No Other Way than to Exercise. House Cleaning or Jogging around the block for 30 minutes is not an Exercise. Do a proper exercise. The most effective exercise is if you combine cardio, abs, arms and legs work out for an hour. Based on my discussion with my Personal Trainers and my independent research, the first 30 minutes is just to heat your body up, the fat burning happens in the next 30 minutes.
For girls, if you got stuck, check your calendar, it may be that time of the month, where you get your period. It is completely normal if you got stuck or gain weight before your period. Whatever happens do not cheat!
You will experience "i wanna pee all the time" moments during the 13 days diet program.
Depending on your body type some may poop well some may experience "It's hard to poop" moment.
Both are normal. Just relax and drink your water.

In general, during the 13 days program, you will receive:
No changes allowed. We will charge you for any special request.
Drink at least 8 – 10 glass of water a day. If you feel hungry and craving for snack time, forget it, and drink your water!
By drinking lots of water, you will want to pee all the time and that is the target. We want to drain the excess fat in our body through the urine. So DRINK UP!
No Iced Water
Finish Your Meal
Whatever happens, finish your meal. No eating ½ portion at lunch time and eat again at 3 PM. No, what is that? NO!
Finish your meal.
If you are full you have prevented yourself from snacking.
Do not be scared of the main course be scared of your snacking habit.
Dinner before 7 PM and Keep your Dinner in the refrigerator. Please note that our meal boxes are microwave friendly.
This is only diet and it is for your own good. it is your decision, so no complaining and no hesitating, power of the mind! strong will and self determination.
Bags and Containers
Please help us reduce plastic usage and to re-use of papers.
Please give the bags and cleaned containers to the Designated Ojek Driver delivering your meals the day after.

If you cheat, please come clean to us. you may continue with the program, but, the result may not be maximum.
Losing Weight is more of a mental challenge rather than physical. Therefore, please stop thinking about food, stop thinking that you are so hungry, stop thinking that you are being tortured. True story of grouchy and smiley. Both were doing light daily exercise during the 13 days program. “Grouchy” cannot stop complaining; blaming the world because grouchy has to go on diet, finding all reasons in this world to be angry and she lost only less than 2 kgs. At the same time “smiley” is loving every minute of smiley’s diet program, she was grateful and lost 7 kgs. For maximum result, refrain yourself from cheating!
Eat fruit as Snack
If you are really hungry and cannot hold your hunger, then you may only eat the following:
No Additional Seasoning
The essence of this diet is Detoxification.
We have enriched our meals with fresh and natural seasoning to add flavor to your no salt meals. Therefore, please refrain your self to add ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, chili padi, tabasco, soya sauce etc.
Maximum 2 cups of black coffee per day no sugar added on the second cup.
Please be mindful, however, based on experience and my assessment to our diet participants, those who drinks coffee in the afternoon has slower weight loss progress.
No Eating Between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and After Dinner
The hard fact is, you are not allowed to consume any meals between breakfast to lunch, lunch to dinner and after dinner.
You are advised to refrain yourself from eating ANYTHING in between meals and drink water if you feel hungry.
You can eat fruits in between lunch and dinner but do not eat anything else after dinner.
Objective: to kill your nasty craving and snacking habit.
It is ok to consume Vitamin C during the program.
Please do not ask me if you can take other supplements or medicine or what not. I am not a doctor or nutritionist.
Sleep well at least 7 hours per day
No meal After 7 PM, Drink your water
We encourage you to exercise more for better result. DO AS MUCH EXERCISE AS YOU CAN. at least 1 hour per day.
Weight Scaling Rule
Use the same weight scale for 13 days, every morning after number 2 (i.e. Poop), please also measure your hip and waist line everyday.

The blekros diet program is a group diet and available based on the schedule set out in the table below.
We always start on mondays and end on saturdays, and on the 14th day sunday will be a very good sunday. We will deliver lunch and dinner in one time delivery per day. Breakfast is not included.
Each batch consists of 1 group of maximum 50 persons. Closing registration date will be announced in our instagram.
